Your areas of responsibility:
The Field Service Technician will report to the Engineering Manager and will assist sales in the routine maintenance of existing customers, the trouble shooting of problems at existing customers, and the execution of field trials at new or existing customers.
Specific responsibilities will include:
Routine maintenance at existing customersPulling samples from existing systemsOn-site testing of systemsCompletion of technical service requests and log sheetsSubmission of samples to the laboratoryCompletion of service reportsOperating, maintaining, & installing filtration equipmentOperate equipment for system cleanouts & rechargeTrouble shooting of problems at existing customersEvaluating the conditions of products in the systemInvestigating the customer's equipment as it relates to product performanceExecution of field trials at new or existing customers Trial preparation to include cleaning of systems, ensuring proper supplies are preordered and available, etc.
Installation and monitoring of trial materialsEnsuring trial parameters are controlled and documentedCollection of pertinent data during the trial and writing trial reportsTravelTravel throughout the Northeast Arkansas & Western Tennessee territory.

3-4 days overnight per month.
) Qualifications we are looking for:
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work experience demonstrating a high aptitude of mechanical ability.

Years experience working in a manufacturing environmentStrong verbal and written communication with a high degree of problem solving skills.
Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Flexibility to travel on short notice and handle unanticipated situations.
Teamwork, collaboration, and self-motivation are essential.
